Terms of Service

Effective October 9, 2026

These terms govern your use of Mini Rumble at minirumble.lol (the "Service"), a free browser-based multiplayer party game operated by Melehat Ari ("we", "us"). By playing or buying anything in the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Mini Rumble lets you create or join online rooms and play a series of short mini-games with other players. Playing is free and does not require an account. An optional free account saves your level, progress and purchased items.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to create an account or make a purchase. If you are under 18, you need a parent's or guardian's permission to buy anything.
Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Usernames and nicknames must not impersonate others or be offensive. We may rename or remove names that break these terms.

3. Fair play and conduct

You agree not to:

cheat, use bots or scripts, exploit bugs, or tamper with the game client, network traffic or servers;
harass, threaten or abuse other players, or post hateful, sexual, illegal or spam content in chat, drawings or names;
disrupt the Service, overload it, or try to access accounts or data that are not yours;
resell, trade or transfer accounts or items, or use the Service for any commercial purpose without our permission.

We may filter chat, remove players from rooms, and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

4. Purchases

The Service sells optional digital cosmetic items and premium characters for a one-time price listed on our Pricing page and in the in-game wardrobe. Prices are in US dollars; taxes may be added at checkout.
Purchased items are purely cosmetic. They give no gameplay advantage.
A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the item inside the Service. Items have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
Payments are processed by our payment partner, which may act as the reseller and merchant of record for your order and is responsible for payment processing, sales tax/VAT and receipts. Its own terms also apply to the payment.
Items are delivered to your account right after the payment is confirmed. If an item has not appeared within 30 minutes, contact support.

5. Refunds

You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@minirumble.lol with the email on your receipt and the order ID.
We refund accidental or duplicate purchases, and items that were not delivered or do not work as described.
When a refund is issued, the item is removed from your account. Chargebacks also remove the item.
If you live in the EU, UK or another region with a statutory withdrawal right, you agree when you buy that the digital item is delivered immediately and acknowledge that you therefore lose that withdrawal right once delivery starts. This does not affect your other statutory rights, including for faulty items.

6. Changes and availability

We continually update the game: mini-games, maps and items may be added, changed or retired. We will not remove an item you bought while the Service is running. The Service is provided "as is" and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or outages. If we ever shut the Service down, we will announce it at least 30 days in advance and stop selling items from that announcement.

7. Intellectual property

The game, its code, artwork, characters and the Mini Rumble name belong to us or our licensors. Some 3D models and sounds are used under their creators' licences. You may share screenshots and videos of your gameplay.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or your rights as a consumer.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above and, for significant changes, show a notice in the game. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
